Summary: Jack and Ianto get into a scuffle with some Weevils.

A/N: Double drabble.
Even for experienced Torchwood agents, Weevil hunting was hazardous. The peaceful, non-aggressive Weevils kept to the sewers, avoiding humans, so any Weevil that came to the surface was guaranteed to be trouble.
Despite that, one rogue Weevil on its own was seldom a match for two experienced men armed with Weevil spray, restraints, and sedatives. Two Weevils weren’t much more of a problem since they’d usually be intent on attacking each other.
Three Weevils, however…
The alley was dark, the bulb in the light over the Chinese takeaway’s rear door must have died, meaning the only illumination was what seeped in from the street, or filtered down from above. Ianto and Jack were still subduing the first Weevil when the other two showed up, and what should have been a routine capture turned into complete chaos.
Ianto’s torch got knocked from his hand, rolling away through the rubbish, and it was sheer luck that enabled him to spray the nearest Weevil in the face. By the time he had it under control, Jack was down with the third Weevil on top of him.
“Jack! Are you okay?”
“Fine, I got lucky.”
‘Speak for yourself,’ Coat thought. ‘It ripped my sleeve.’
