so i made THE BEST PASTA SAUCE EVER tonight. (at least the best i've ever made.) it was rib-stickingly smooth and thick, and just a little sweet. this recipe is approximate, because i sort of made it up as i went along. but it took less than half an hour!

tuesday: tuna noodle casserole
wednesday: cheese ravioli (store-bought) with marinara sauce (home-made!)
thursday: pseudo-chicken casserole

yes, i am on another cooking kick. none of it's very complicated and it's all rather fattening. but it is SO DELICIOUS.
