Summary: Dean hasn't fed, and much to his dislike, Sam is helpful.

Dean hadn't eaten since Roxanne disappeared. Hell, he hadn't actually eaten since before then, as he only fed enough to tide himself over. Just to help matters, he was still refusing to deal with the issue of the kids; pretending that they never existed and shutting down the moment someone reminded him they did. And there was the lack of sleep - his stint as a demon bringing back memories like his fourty years were only yesterday.
All in all, he was not doing well.
The hunger was creeping into reality now it wasn't kept under such tight control with Roxanne gone. Though, he didn't feel so bad that she was gone because food was gone, but because he'd lost a friend. He didn't make them easily, but they had just clicked. The feeding was just a major minor side thing.
He sat on his bed, absently playing with the model impala, trying not to think of anything much - And especially not of what he'd lost.
