How much do you fail, let me count the ways...

Disclaimer: The subject of this post has nothing to do with my current awesome RP forum. This is about a person I had to deal with in one of the previous sucky forums I played in before finding my present Internet home.

Dear Wishy-Washy,

You keep complaining about how every forum you start ends up dying a pitiful wasting death. Every time it happens you seem to find it a surprise, even downright shocking. Do you really want to know why your forums die? Here you go: your games all die because you're the one running them, moron!

Am I perhaps being overly harsh? Nah, I don't think so. Why? Because your idea of a board wide plot is "I'll put my character in danger and force other people's characters to go rescue her!" or the alternative, "Everyone else has to sit in the background and watch my character interact with her love interest." You're too goddamn lazy to write up background information for your own games, or to run storylines for people whose characters aren't in the process of worshiping the ground your PCs walk on.

Speaking of your PCs... you wouldn't know a strong female character concept if one ran up and bit you in the tit. Your fifty-something, uber-powerful, Clone War surviving Jedi Master fracking cried her eyes out after she pushed a Sith Lord who'd been trying to kill her friends out of a damned tree! You acted like committing one simple Force Push was some sort of awful and traumatic event! Then she started crying again when my bitchy battle-hardened Rebel SpecForce veteran called her out on being pathetic. Because a Jedi Master couldn't be expected to be conditioned to withstand some harsh language, right?

And then she ran off to go be the hostage of said Sith Lord (who survived being pushed out of the tree because your PC was too busy sobbing to make sure he was dead) when he made some vague threats about hurting other people. Which, of course, required all the other active PCs to go rescue yours from the stupid and pointless situation you'd deliberately put her in! Why was your Jedi Master a constant fucking victim? Oh yeah, because you couldn't feel validated unless the whole damned story was about YOU YOU YOU. Much as you liked to publicly flail about and claim you didn't intend for things to go down that way, we all saw right through you. You were running the damn board, you have no excuse for your character wholesale hogging the plot spotlight.

As for your other characters, they're all poured out from the same mold. You've flat out told me before you can't play a character in a Star Wars setting unless they're a Jedi. In all your fantasy games, you always play powerful shiny pretty magical princesses. Nothing else ever; they're just not 'interesting' to you unless they're speshul snowflakes. All of your characters have the same personalities; other than their names, there's almost no way of telling them apart. All of your characters must have a pre-established romantic interest even before you write up the damned profile! You have on multiple occasions begged and/or pressured people into playing said romantic interests, because apparently the thought of developing a relationship ICly terrifies you on a primal level. Yet more evidence of your pathetic need for constant validation. How many times have you bitched about other supposed bad RPers and their alleged Mary Sues, never recognizing the fact that those are all you play?

God forbid anyone ever offer constructive criticism on one of your character concepts. Then you must do your best to ostracize them, to make other players and admins hate them! Same thing if anyone ever mentions they don't like a character played by one of the people in your current circle-jerking clique. Whenever I or anyone else called you on your self-serving behavior as an admin, you would explode into passive-aggressive tantrums and panty bunching. There's a reason every other administrator in the game decided by unanimous vote that we should tell you to leave, despite the fact you'd been one of the creators of the game. Our only fault in the matter was that we waited too long to do so; the game proved unrecoverable at that point.

I've never made a secret about my low opinion of you. As a result, I don't give a damn if you read this post. Go ahead and out yourself if you want to paint the mocking target on your back. Everyone who's ever had the misfortune of dealing with you and your insipid behavior will be sitting back and laughing at you the whole time. We've even got popcorn to share!

No love,
Bad Cop Admin
