I just have this serious pet peeve for people who change canon character's sexualities to suit their own needs. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind if a canon character is gay, or bi, or straight, or anything else beyond. It just bugs me if the character is stated to be straight, or hell, even gay, and the person decides that this sexuality isn't working into their plans.

I actually have no problems with this, though I respect it isn't your cup of tea. I think the issue being stated is that the RPer clearly states "Does NOT like men" yet is "Bi-sexual"... so unless that means something I don't even WANT to state, talk about not listening to oneself.

Seconded.

But I do not discriminate against just canons. If they do the same thing with OC's, I get a rifle.

State the sexuality---the actual sexuality (unless it is, you know, AU or something)---and stick with it. No changing for wish fulfillments.

Because sexuality is clearly set in stone.
