Summary: Dean has been kidnapped by a powerful witch who decided to end the Apocalyse.
DOUBLE TROUBLE
Dean grumbled. His head hurt like a bitch. He sorely opened his eyes and tried to focus. He could see a fire burning and an old woman bending over a cauldron bowling some greenish disgustingly looking bubbling soup.
“You woke up, Dean Winchester, bad luck” said the old woman with a piercing voice.
God! Has he awoken in some kind of bad Walt Disney cartoon?
The only thing Dean was able to remember right now was going to a bar feeling like getting smashed after fighting with Sam once again. He remembered a really hot chick and then… Oh God! Do not let that old cow be that hot brunette from the bar! He kind of remembered her sucking his face.
“What am I doing here?” he whispered trying not to hurt his head even more.
“Dying for the great cause” answered the woman.
“Awesome” slurred Dean feeling light headed.
He could feel a cut in his forearm.
Awesome indeed, she apparently chose to bleed him to death like a sacrificial lamb.
When the door burst open Dean barely moved his eyelashes, too tired to move. Sam, Sammy was here and deep inside himself Dean knew he never doubted Sam would come for him.
“Lucifer!” screamed the old woman angry though scared.
“Break the spell you put on Dean or I’m killing you witch!” growled Sam his hand extended in front of him, threatening.
The witch didn’t seem to move.
Dean heard her scream; Sam has wrapped his fingers like a vise on her heart.
“Why did you need Dean’s blood?!” he growled again, furious “Answer!”
The witch fell on the floor in a thud.
“Because…” she cried “Because only your own blood can harm you, you the devil!”
“Dean’s blood is pure, you stupid witch, we are not the same, his death would have been useless and criminal” Sam gritted his teeth “Let know to all your kind that Dean Winchester is untouchable”
The cauldron burst, the witch screamed.
Dean didn’t understand what happened, he was too tired, too sleepy, the only thing he was sure about was that Sam was bending over him now, crying his name, his warm hand against his forehead, his lips against the deep cut.
“You’re so pure” whispered Sam.
Dean had to laugh to that because God knows how much a sinner he truly was. He could feel Sam’s wet lips, his warm tongue against his skin, the saving saliva mixing with his blood. He didn’t know Sam could do that, defying Death herself.
“You’re wrong, Sammy” whispered Dean “We are the same, whatever happens, we are one”
Sammy’s tears were now freely flowing; tears of angels couldn’t have been purer.
“You’ll always be my brother” said Dean, his eyes wide open.
“Yes” whispered Sam against his brother’s healed arm, holding tight on it “Always"
