Jack got home early this morning after several days of working night shift up north. He slept until lunch time and had a couple of short naps throughout the day. I know that he didn't sleep well while he was away and he drove all night to get home, but I needed him to be present with me today, before the calendar changes to June and before I go ( Read more... )

I can't even imagine, having to relive those moments over and over again every year... and then having to recertify THIS at THIS time of the year, of all times :(

I really don't blame you one bit for hibernating in your room with chocolate and determination to get it over with.

It's hard to *read* about doing this; I can't imagine having to do it.

Ugh....Eddy and I have had a few of thoses moments where he has said precisely the WRONG thing to me when I really needed to hear the RIGHT thing. As a result, I have been a wee-bit bitchy. Why can't we just read each other's minds...? It would make this whole marriage thing a whole let easier.
