Charlotte wouldn't sleep last night. She woke at exactly the same moment Jack climbed into bed. Coincidence? Maybe. I punched him anyway, just because.
Julia wouldn't stay out of our room last night, and wouldn't leave even we asked her and told her to. Jack finally shoved her out of bed on to the floor. Not hard, but she got the hint.

It was -27 and breezy this morning when Jack shovelled the freshly-fallen snow.
Jack's (wimpy japanese) car wouldn't start so he had to take my wheels to work :-(
Day four of Julia's four day weekend. She is B.O.R.E.D., asking for playdates constantly. We bummed a ride this morning and went to moms & tots for an hour where she played with kids (and a dog), had juice and cookies, and ran around. We've been home for 10 minutes and she's asked 4 times to go to a friend's house. She has also told me she doesn't like me, she doesn't like this house, that she NEVER gets to go anywhere, and that I'm mean.
It's going to be a friggin' looooooong winter.
