I'm going to Key West June 19th. That gives me 2 months to loss some weight. I'm thinking like 15 or 20 pounds which is like 2 or 3 pounds a week.
The first habit I am replacing is drinking pop and avoiding school cupcakes and ice cream. There's things I need to change. I love moving my body so I don't know what my deal with exercise is...
