"i created the sound of madness"

Josh recently bought a 30-gallon tank (1 gallon = 4 liters; 30 gallons = 120 liters) from his friend, Alex, and recently got more sand and stones to put into the tank for the lone cichlid fish, Juggernaut, we have. This is the one fish I don't really like, in fact, I've never really like fishes because they aren't dogs. Josh, however, loves any type of animal and this is the one fish he's put a lot of time and money into (that's probably reason enough for me to hate it). So behold; new tank for Juggernaut, you lucky fish:

Hanging out at the mall(s):

I like how there are so many shopping malls in Singapore but there are only 3 (legitimate) malls in Houston, which are Galleria Mall, Memorial City Mall and Katy Mills Mall. In my definition, a shopping mall is a building that is either built upwards with various levels and a huge variety of stores, or built sidewards, huge in width and huge variety of stores. If stores are not housed in one building then they are not considered shopping malls. Well, there are strip malls in Houston, but they're different because those are outdoor malls.

This is one of our favorite things to do when we feel like getting out of the house. We like to people-watch.

May 4th - Josh and I hung out at the Galleria mall because Deftones' new album (Diamond Eyes) was out. Headed to Hot Topic to get it and hung out at Starbucks.

My tall coffee frappuchino & his venti iced coffee. Josh drinks and eats really fast. Right after I took this picture, he's already finished his coffee.

Galleria Mall has a total of three levels, basement level and first and second level. The ice-skating rink and food court are at the basement, while the more atas stores (Gucci, Coach, LV, Prada, Chanel, Salvatore Ferragamo etc) are on the 1st level, and more hip stores (Urban Outfitters, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Victoria's Secret, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Aldo and etc) are on the 2nd level.

Reason why I took this picture is because you can see this bunch of "brewskies" in khaki shorts, polo tees, and flip flops were watching and making fun of this skater in the ice rink. Most of them probably wish they could screw her. Douchebags~

May 6th - Hung out at the mall again. Grabbed taco bell before settling for the usual Starbucks coffee.

And this is how Memorial City Mall looks like. We actually sat at the other end of the mall where there was less human traffic. Too bad for you if your store is located on this side of the mall.

Poster boy? NOT. lol

Showing off his biceps. Too bad his body is badly proportioned. He's got a thick upper body but awfully skinny legs that resemble POWs' legs. I like making fun of his legs.

April 20 - Cooked leftover pork chops (which I had previously used to make pork soup).

Who else cooks like this? Not me. Josh cooked the pork while I baked the potato wedges (easy as hell). This is how my ketchup is placed on my plate. And, this is how he puts ketchup on his plate:

To end this, I just wanted to share what I made for my mom for Mother's Day - a shrug. I know it's not the best material for Singapore's weather, but I hope she'll like it.

Here's how it looks worn and on its own:

Looks like a blanket, doesn't it? lol

Okay, that's all for now. I'm soooo glad exams are over. Can't wait for summer to come so that I can go hang out at the beach!
