I just spent 20 minutes cleaning/sorting/deleting old e-mails (I had 57 pages of e-mails in my inbox.. not sorted). It's now down to 18 pages... and I came across a large chunk of e-mails from my ex... and being stupid I opened the most recent one. Now I feel like going back to bed.
