I sometimes think that having a child has taken over our lives. I don't consider this a bad thing, as my father has said to me several times, raising child(ren) is the most important thing in a parent's life. Knock on wood, Ramsey is asleep. He has a double ear infection, croup, and wheezing that requires nebulizer treatments every four hours. It doesn't help that there has been a major snow fall over the last two and a half days so I've been stuck in the house minus a trip to the doctor's and to my m-i-l for gift exchange ( Read more... )

Yesterday (12/13) was Ramsey's first official day of walking. He took a few steps a couple weeks ago, but nothing compared to yesterday when he walked 11 in a row while Anne was in the room. I've been having fun this holiday season telling people in my life (my parents, friends, sister, etc.) that I'm considering bringing two-month-old Ramsey to see Santa at a pet place (where people bring their pets to get pictures with Santa) to save money.
