The last three chapters or so of Azkaban. Not so much because of what happens in them, but because those were such a shift in how we perceived the characters, from Lupin to Snape to Sirius to the kids themselves. My mouth dropped open so many times reading them, I finally gave up on closing it and just let it hang.
But for the simple scene of what's going on, and less about the importance of it, I really like Hermione and Harry in the graveyard in Godric's Hollow, finding Lily and James Potter's graves. I hope the filmmakers do that scene justice.
