well things are going alright...

i just finnished my CCNP 3 course, Multilayer Switching... All i can say is that networking is going to get very cool in the next few years... we start the ccnp 4 course on monday, then i am done on Nov 19th... then i start working on the sys admin certs, and studying to write these cisco certs... finacially i have been working a ton of over time, and made some headway on my bills... so then i had to spend a little... :DDD

i spent about ~$700 on books for the next year off school (back to university sept 05, more on this in a bit):

so a bit of educational spending has been done... :) lots of learning going on... (does anyone know how to make those into book title links quickly? do i just use some html statements?

anyways the spending for school / education continued... as i am going to be doing a ton of work with www.azonicnet.com in the next year i need to be able to work @ home, and the majority of the things stopping from doing that was the monitor... being on a CRT 8 hours a day @ work, the trying to study on a crappy 8 year old one @ home just didnt work... so LCD is where i went... this will allow me to spend much more time @ home in front of the lab then i had previously... its already been a big help in week that i have had it...

and just to round things out, i spent a little on my future... bought 4 henckel four-star knives... the chefs set, and a bread knife, then one cheese knife from their twin collection.. that wife a knife block, one tfal non-stick ftying pan, and a 35cm $300 (minus %50), meyer sauce pan added up to about a $1000 worth of good for $608 after tax and discount on the bay sale... the over time i worked this last pay period alone should cover that... the the monitor, then the books.. :)

in regards to university, i am looking forward to its return... comp sci should be fun with the knowledge i now have in regards to networking... i could build MTS's network now, or at least understand how it works, and how we connect to allstream, and from there to AT&T in the states... mmmm... knowledge... the unix stuff is coming along well... things should be good to go full steam ahead in the next few months...

mel is great... i think we are still doing dinner with mike and guin this weekend? (are we? email me)... then i would like to get some biking in befor it snows..

anyways, more later... going for break.. im hungary..
