time to start looking for a new job... i dont think i can take this any more... these customers are driving me NUTS.. i have had 2 anxiety attacks this week... both brought on by spending hour after hour arguing with the STUPID GODAM MOTHER FUCKING IDIOTS... as you all know i am a rather easy going person, i hate to argue for no reason... yet i find myself spending each day having to spend 8 hours chained to a phone, trying to argue with customers... you called tech support about a technical error... what you think about what happens has nothing to do with what is actually happening... MTS is not out to get you... your just an idiot who doesnt know how to type your name, reboot the computer, understand the difference between browsing the internet and email.... i could go on and on and on...
the final string today was spending my first 20 min arguing with a customer that our mail server does not have a political belief, that it does not filter his emails based on their political content, and that MTS is not a bunch of Liberal Democratic idiots.
