[Life] Always slipping by...
... in tight situations! Remember that 2,000 word essay I wrote in 4 hours (this includes 'research')? I got the grade back today. B+. Well, I'm pretty pleased with myself, but imagine what kind of grade I might have gotten if I actually spent some time on it? A? A+? GTD and self motivation-- it's up to these two things to manage my time effectively, and put effort into my work!
From looking over the comments on my paper, I think I would have done a lot better if I had put more time into it. Most of the praise I received was for the structure of my essay. Thank you, thank you Biehl. Negative comments? 'You would have done better if you had gone a little more in depth about the examples you cited.' Exactly. In that 4 hour time, I skimmed five scholarly articles and books, combined the knowledge from that and what I learned in class, and rambled up some hypothetical conclusions and opinions.
In short, I'm quite satisfied, but not completely satisfied. Next semester ahoy!
