I am slowly but surely getting unpacked and fitting all of my stuff into Britt's apartment. The closet is a tight fit, even after taking bag after bag of clothes to Goodwill. My boxes are all packed up and stuff is ready to go. I got out the cat carrier this morning so the kitties can get used to the idea that they're getting in the car today. I really really hope they don't hate me for moving them in w/ Britt and his cat. I know they aren't going to be BFFs with Eliot, but I just don't want them to hurt each other.

Britt's little kitten Edison is stumbling around the apartment like he's drunk. I hope he's not seriously sick.

I thought cats were supposed to be aloof and distant. Apparently mine didn't get the memo. Every morning I sit on my couch and eat breakfast and watch tv and what not. My cats are so weird. Tevus likes tofurkey.

Sofi hacked up a hairball today. This is the second time this has happened since I moved to Columbus, so roughly 2.5 months. This has never happened before, and it's sorta weird. I'm wondering if I should get some cat treats or cat food with hairball treatment.

I think the worst thing about moving is being overwhelmed with the amount of things that need to be done.  To cope with that I'm just sitting at the computer surfing the web instead of getting stuff into the car.  I hope I can fit everything in it.  I have a lot of stuff.  Anyway, it's going to take four hours to get to Columbus, so I need to get ( Read more... )
