I decided that I wanted to make some cookies on Monday. I found a recipe for
ginger snaps with cayenne pepper that I thought would be awesome. So I mixed the dough, and it was too soft to roll into balls. I added more flour. Same deal. I chilled it, and I broke it out tonight to actually do the baking. The dough is still pretty soft. I managed to make one pan. I don't know what to do with the dough. I could toss it, but that seems like such a waste. I tried adding more flour, but no difference really. I'm wondering if the problem is that I didn't use real butter. I used the I can't believe it's not butter stuff.
And also, I thought the season finale of Project Runway was tonight, but apparently it's just the run up to the finale. What a waste.
