Summary: When the Kangteuk couple was revealed in Public, one famous show gathers all information and invited them to express their thoughts and feelings regarding the issue. What will the Korean audience reaction be?
A/N: You might think where I got these crazy ideas.. LOL. This is a part of a big story. My stories involves the whole KPOP industry. Since I am a 2nd Generation fan, there are some characters that you may not be familiar with. Some of them are from 2nd gen, others are entertainers, comedians, and socialites. You might find my fics connected because it is and the fact that I often mention things first before the story is to give the reader an overview of the bigger story.
Lee Sung Jin, a member of the famous group in 90’s NRG married Kayote member Shinji against his father’s wishes. Wanting to be independent, he created an entertainment company called Lee Entertainment. In this story, Lee Entertainment had bought the rights to Super Junior. The company’s talents are mostly from other companies that some bashers claimed that he stole and that he has no real produced talents in his company. His first ever talent was Se7en. Other talents include, the legendary Shinhwa, DBSK, Jeon Hye Bin, Super Junior, Big Bang, SNSD, Younha, Henry, Anarchy (a famous Korean rock band composed of Yesung and Heechul of Suju and Hong Ki and Choi Jong Hoon of FT Island) and the newly debuted 2ne1. SS501 was once a Lee Entertainment talent but left after 2 years due to personal reasons. Lee Sung Jin tried buying the rights of Wonder Girls but unsuccessful since JYP had treated the group so well.
Shin Jung Hwan a famous comedian and a former member of Country KoKo hosts a show called The 8 O’clock show with colleagues HaHa, Park Myung Soo and Kim Jong Gook. Shin Dong Hyup replaced former host Kim Jong Gook right after he went to the army. The 8 O’Clock show is the highest rated late night talk show that deals with entertainment, scandals and unresolved issues in showbiz. Its rival show (though it's not mentioned) is SBS’ Ae Deita Family hosted by No Hong Chul, Hyun Young, Kim Jong Min, and other members. Together they build up a gossip hungry family that invites famous guests who are involved with scandals.
Uhm Taebin, a member of 1tym, produced a deviant and rebellious show called Because I Said So. He hosts the show with Tim Hwang, Hwang Bo and Han Hye Sul. Because I Said So is one of the most controversial talk show in the Korean Entertainment Industry. The Media Regulatory Board had taken actions to take out Because I Said So but in some unknown reason they weren’t successful.
Choi Jae Min is the owner of MBC inc. And is the youngest CEO of the company. His cousin is Choi Dong Wook (Se7en).
Kangin is TOP’s (Big Bang) best friend since they were kids. They recently fought over the fact that TOP’s girlfriend Park Min Young was impregnated by Kangin. It was a big scandal that made Kangin really famous since he clearly denies the fact that he is the father. D&G took him as their main endorser and his first ever ad with them is to wear only a boxer brief in their billboard. The tagline has made the headlines due to its sexual content - “A lustful desire to see beneath a luxurious Boxer.” It caused severe traffic that the government felt that need to take it down, but due to the intense protests of Kangin’s new found fans, the issue was long forgotten though the traffic remains. Other billboard he has for D&G was in Myong Dong Seoul, where he only wore a necktie and posed almost naked and around Dongdaemun where he endorsed a scarf for women. Popular shows like MBC’s We Do The Talking covered it in their episode “PORN OR ART?”, MBC’s The 8 O’Clock Show quoted it and Kangin “The traffic enforcers office just asked him to be their model since he’s the cause of all these accidents and traffic and SBS’ Ae Deita Family described him as “Billboard Fantasy.” Kangin has a lot of Cfs and movies also making him the richest member in Super Junior. He hosted a game show in SBS called Ahjumma Sarangheo with No Hong Chul wherein he gained a lot of middle aged fans.
Eeteuk on the other hand created his own scandal when he tactlessly mentioned that Kim Yoona (figure skater) did not add him in Cyworld. He is known also for saying things he does not think about. One show he did in MNET was with Lee Hyori where they shopped some clothes and try wearing them for fun. If Kangin is busy with his own schedules, Eeteuk on the other hand has a tight schedule too due to his own individual activities. If Kangin is know as a flirt, Eeteuk is well know as a lady’s man. He has numerous girlfriends who are considered queen cars.

Shin Dong Yup, a famous host in the entertainment Industry produced and MC a show with the help of Choi Jae Min (The young proprietor of MBC station) that deals with issues/headlines in the entertainment and political arena. The purpose of the show is to talk about the details written on the net and newspapers, broadcasted on the television, and talked about on the radio. Then 3 experts from different genre of entertainment share their views and opinions about the said issues. The viewers are given the chance to share their thoughts too by participating on their daily conversation or by calling on their local hotline. The viewers through the 3 experts would hear 3 different opinions and thus has a choice in whom should they believe or if ever they would believe. The beauty about this program is that the experts are the heart of the entertainment industry and thus their opinions are close enough to be the truth.
The experts of this program are:
Shin Jung Hwan: (Comedian/MC) Known as the wise veteran of the entertainment industry. He might be a comedian as a profession but after earning an award in the Seoul Entertainment Awards for best host in MBC’s The 8 O’clock show, he gained recognition not only from his peers but to the whole Korean audience. He is a mentor of many famous singers and actors but he is widely known as the godfather of the Choi Dong-Wook or famously known as Se7en. Being updated with news because of his famous show, The 8 O’Clock Show, Shin Jung Hwan knows what the truth, the lies, and the half truth and lies in the issues surrounding the entertainment and political arena. His status as an instructor in real life had him friends with lots of powerful families around Korea. He is the wise opinion leader but he is also a careful sharer.
Park Kyung Lim: (Comedian/MC) Being a famous veteran in the world of television, Park Kyung Lim lives up on her image as a sensitive, nice, and wise commentator. In the world of broadcasting, Park Kyung Lim had interviewed lots of personalities both in the entertainment and political industries. On her show, One on One, she had interviewed numerous famous personalities that had shared their issues with the people around them. Her show won best informative talk show in Seoul Entertainment Awards. Being a mentor and a Noona to most of the newcomers in the industry, Kyung Lim had made her circle of acquaintances and friends bigger. Being sensitive, elaborative, and passionate in one’s scandal is her expertise and her opinion really can convince anyone.
Uhm Taebin: (Singer/MC) Taebin is the most daring, controversial, and deviant personality in the industry. His self-produced and hosted show in MBC, Because I Said So, had gained lots of attention not only from the Korean audience but also from the Media Regulatory Board (MRB). His tackles words and deviant ways made him the Bad Boy in the Korean Entertainment world. His show Because I Said so, despite of all the controversies, had grabbed 4 awards in the Seoul Entertainment Awards including Best Talk show in the Night Time category and Most Popular Talk Show. Taebin is widely known as the member of 1tym. His circle of friends and connection is so wide that Taebin knows almost everything that is happening within the industry. Since he has a lot of Idol Star friends and dongsengs, he knew things that all fan girls are dying to know. He knew the truth but it’s up to him if he’ll say.
Shin Dong Yup hosts this morning show to provide answers to the people who are curious of the issues they see on Media. Balancing the converse of opinion, Shin Dong Yup yet again showed the world that he had created another masterpiece show that gained millions of loyal followers and excellent critics from television reviewers.
They simply called it, “We Do The Talking”.

One of the most famous episodes they had was the “KangTeuk Craze” that gained 67% ratings, highest for a morning television talk show in the history of Korean Television. It was when Kangin revealed in his SBS show, Ahjuma Sarangheo his couple ring and with a smile had stated, “Teukie Hyung, Saranghe” that the whole buzz came about. Eeteuk, on the other hand, responded on a show in Mnet, “I Love you too, Young Woon” as he showed off his couple ring too. And after a few hours, the paparazzi had a new eye-candy; the Kangteuk couple.
Kangin is already well known for his naked billboard in Incheon highway and his scandals with various celebrities including the Park Min Young/TOP revelation. Eeteuk’s tackles words in his radio and television shows brings him trouble, making him at fault for his scandals.
The show had to cover it due the immerse reaction and feedbacks of the Super Junior fans which Shin Dong Yup found amazing since Super Junior has a record of almost 10,000 fans (or more) in just Korea alone. Inviting 50 privilege fans inside the studio and 50 more from their loyal followers,media, and critics, Shin Dong Yup carefully planned the show’s outline and theme to cover not only the truth that the audience want but also the entertainment and value that one can cultivate after watching the show.

Title: Kangteuk Craze

Kangin had to hold Eeteuk’s hand to prevent the older man from panicking. It has been 30 minutes since they left the car and was welcomed by fans, anti-fans, and media. Now they are sitting at the couch backstage, safe from the gossip-hungry people, as the stations 35 security guards came to their security and blocked all entrance to the studio. It has been a huge pressure and stress for the both of them ever since they publicized their relationship. Eeteuk had asked Kangin to reveal their love affair live on television and even though Kangin wanted his relationship private, he agreed with Eeteuk. He knew his boyfriend has always been insecure with him. Even without asking, it’s obvious that Eeteuk does not like Kangin’s new image, which is Korea’s newest bad boy, and his numerous scandals with girls had made his lover furious with Media. And his D&G billboard is not helping also. Confessing live in Television is the only way Kangin can proved to Eeteuk that he loves him more than anything. And now they are in a mess that they can’t seem to run away.
After the confession, the PDs from different networks invited them to their show and their company, Lee Entertainment had declined the offers. Since Lee Sung Jin had to do damage control, he could and would not accept that his famous talents would be “has-beens” and that their issue would inflict their scandals to the whole Super Junior. It was Lee Soo Man’s fault for introducing Kangteuk couple to the fans and for making the fan service more rapid and real to the eyes of the fans. Lee Sung Jin blames the SM president for letting the two work together in many shows, making them close, - or making them too close for them to have a secret relationship. Lee Sung Jin would hate it if D&G pulls out Kangin as their Main Endorser so he has to find the solution for this real fast. And when Shin Dong Yup called for an exclusive, Lee Sung Jin agreed to have his scandalous couple guests the famous show for 3 Billion Won ($3 M).
The PD knocked gently at the backstage room. He quietly opened the door and lean in to look for the KangTeuk couple. Kangin gave him a small smile while Eeteuk shrugged in nervousness.
“Are you guys ready? We’ll start in 2 minutes. Follow me.” The PD said politely, as he signals them to follow him out of the room.
Kangin grabbed Eeteuk’s cold hand to keep his lover relaxed. He struggled to say a word but figured that the only way to keep Eeteuk sane is to actually face him directly. Caressing his lover’s cheek, he gives Eeteuk a warm smile. “Hyung, there’s nothing to be nervous about. It was a confession of love not a confession of a crime.”
“Young-Woon, you don’t understand - I mean I just found out the consequences of our action. Super Junior, your career, the fans -“
“Ssshhh.”
Kangin gently put his index finger to Eeteuk’s mouth and pull him close to kiss him. Eeteuk’s body stiffened for a moment, but as the kiss grew deeper, Eeteuk felt the need to relax and he let Kangin lead him on with more kisses. When Kangin pulled himself out, he gave his lover a warm smile. “Forget the consequences - I am in love with you in the most craziest things you can ever imagine. I can’t do this alone hyung. I need you.”
Eeteuk, though nervous, gave Kangin a smile. “Of course silly! I won’t let you have all the attention, you know.”
Kangin gave a small laugh as he pull Eeteuk out of the room into the big studio of the show “We Do The Talking.”

Shin Dong Yup smiles at the audience and greets them warmly. He walks to the platform where his three experts are waiting for him.
“Shin Dong Yup! How in the world you were able to invite the Kangteuk couple?” Shin Jung Hwan, one of the three experts, asked the host.
Park Kyung Lim looked at his co-expert then to their host with a confused look in her face. She has been asking for the Kangteuk couple on her how “One on One” and has been denied twice. And due to Shin Jung Hwan’s question, it is obvious that even his famous show “The 8 o’Clock show” has been denied too.
Taebin forced out a sarcastic laugh and pats his confused noona. “Of coursed he paid! Lee Sung Jin is practically a money man. He should have his face put on the next won bill.”
Shin Dong Yup smiled at Taebin as he took his seat. “3 Billion Won- All that money for only two boys. And they won’t even get any profit from. I don’t even think that they are aware that I paid a lot of money for an exclusive.”
Shin Jung Hwan almost fell of his chair. “3 Billion? Are you insane? You paid 3 Billion for a 2 hour exclusive?”
Shin Dong Yup crossed his legs and moved his body to the right to be able to look at his friend comfortably. “I won’t pay that much if I won’t get any profit. Lee Sung Jin wants money that bad, well, I want controversies better! He didn’t give me any conditions so I am going to maximize this opportunity. And besides, this is their first appearance!”
When Kangin and Eeteuk appeared in the studio, the audience screams was all they can hear. Security has to push back the other audience who want to approach the couple. The moment the couple found their seat, Shin Dong Yup gave a wink at Shin Jung Hwan. “Lee Sung Jin would regret selling off his Kangteuk couple to me.”

Kangin smiles at Taebin who keeps on giving him creepy looks. When he shifts his glance to Eeteuk, Taebin rolls his eyes and smirks. “Ya, Kangin-ah - I hate you. I don’t like that you stole my bad boy image! I was the original!”
Eeteuk can’t help but to laugh. His chuckle became intense that he has to hold his stomach to stop from hurting. Kangin was amused and started laughing. Shin Dong Yup whispered his thanks to Taebin for calming their guests down. He looked at the camera and waited for the director’s cue.
“And we are live in, 5, 4, 3, 2 ...Action!”
“Good Morning, ladies and gentlemen to the show where your opinion matters! As usual, we have here our 3 experts that give their proficient opinions in every matter, the wise and prudent Shin Jung Hwan, the caring and sensible Park Kyung Lim and the apathetic, seditious Taebin!”
The audience grew loud as the security grew tight. Taebin practically stood up and waved at the audience, enjoying the attention he’s getting.
“First, I’d like to thank the studio audience today for taking their time to come here. You see, they waited all night for them to be able to enter. To those who weren’t able to enter are outside. And look at how many they are!”
Shin Dong Yup pointed out the big screen behind him, and the video shifted to the studio’s parking lot as the live transmission of thousands of fans screaming outside once the saw they were being filmed. The PDs of the show provided them a huge screen so they could watch the show outside.
“Of course, only the lucky studio audience will be given each a 3g I phone courtesy by our sponsor, Mac and 150,000 gift certificate courtesy by Lotte World. 5 of you guys will have an exclusive autograph from our guests today.”
The audience scream is much louder than before and Shin Dong Yup had to wave his hand for them to hush up.
“And 2 lucky home viewers will get a limited edition, Dolce and Gabbana boxer - mind you people, mind you - that this is the boxer that Kangin himself wore in his pictorial for his D&G billboard in Incheon Highway!”
Eeteuk thought that the studio would fracture down because of the tremendous screaming and jumping of the audience. They were not only teenage girls. There are middle-age women who are probably Kangin’s loyal fan from his show “Ahjumma Sarangheo”, and men which he had no idea why they are there (but had a very bad guess and he's whole-heartedly pleading that he got it wrong). This is the reason why he doesn’t like Kangin posting naked. The fans lust is a dangerous thing.
“So call us for your questions, rate at our internet polls, comment at outr blogs, and leave us remarks! Hurry up!! Because this show is not about us, it’s about you! It is important for us that you have an idea on what’s going on in your idol’s life. And whoever you believe, it’s up to you. These are just opinions and are not to be considered the truth. Because especially now that everyone’s favourite namja couple revealed their secret, you wouldn’t want to be behind - join us, converse with us, and if you’re shy, it’s okay, listen to us and WE’LL DO THE TALKING!”
The crowd went wild as the camera turn to film them. Shin Dong Yup signals the Floor director to control the audience. He faced the couple that sat beside him. He gave a comforting look at them as he whispers, “It’s just like talking to me alone, Kangin-ah, Jungsu-ah. Don’t feel too pressure, it’s just your hyung. I won’t eat you guys.”
Eeteuk answered his hyung with a smile. He felt Kangin did the same. It’s their first appearance as a couple and this is also their first time to talk about their relationship in public. Even though, Shin Dong Yup wanted them to chill and relax, he can’t help but be pressured. He hadn’t really talked about his affair with Kangin with his members, parents and friends. Though he thinks that his members might already know already, he still thinks that it would be much better if they were the first one that they should be talking to and not the whole country.
“Our guests for today have been in the headline for 2 consecutive weeks. People are dying to know what really is going on. The paparazzi are doing everything they can to find out, the netizens are writing what they think about, and the fans are all over media, radio, and internet just to get any information about them. They kept their silence for a long time and for the first time; they are finally ready to talk about their relationship. Everyone, please welcome Kangin and Eeteuk.”
Kangin and Eeteuk stood up to bow at the audience and to their sunbaes. They received screams and applause from the crowd. Taebin who’s watching at the side, smirked evilly at them. “Ya! Give the fans something to scream about - like kissing or something.” The studio bursts our laughing. Eeteuk hides his face behind Kangin who’s laughing happily.
“Why go publicized?” Shin Dong Yup asks after the studio went silent.
Kangin glances at Eeteuk who looks happy and relaxed, “I don’t know hyung. I mean what’s wrong in having a relationship that has a lot of witness?”
“I guess you guys don’t want to hide anymore from the media and fans?” Shin Jung Hwan added, as he takes a sip from his coffee.
“It’s the best way to keep the girls from flirting with Kangin” Eeteuk said simply with a smile in his face, ignoring the annoyed faces from the ahjummas in the audience. “So they’ll know plus the whole world, that he’s mine.”
Taebin had to raise an eyebrow at Eeteuk. “It must been hard having a sex-icon as a boyfriend. The ahjummas must been terrible!”
Eeteuk gave out his natural laughter despite the glare of the ahjummas from the audience. “You have no idea, hyung.”

“Does your Super Junior members know or knew about your affair?” Shin Dong Yup added.
“I think most of them knows. Heechul hyung often tease me with Teukie hyung, and Kyuhyun would often joke around how cosy we are together.” Kangin said. “It’s like a known fact but we never really got to talk about it.”
“Plus they don’t look shock after the news breaks out. They were just smiling and congratulating us.” Eeteuk said the moment Kangin paused. “My relationship with Kangin is so obvious - Hello? We share the same bed!”
Kangin stared at Eeteuk, hoping that he’ll look at him and shut up. He’s at it again. Kangin thought. Eeteuk’s tackles words will get them in more trouble.
“So have you guys done it then?” Taebin asks immediately as if he found the right opportunity.
“There are many kinds of it, Taebin hyung. But I guess we had done all the possible it you can think about.” Eeteuk quickly answered and Kangin’s beginning to regret to have a boyfriend who speaks before he thinks even it can be so cute and lovable sometimes.
“How does this happen? Who fell in love first? How did you guys fell in love?” Shin Dong Yup asks next.
“Was it you Kangin?” Park Kyung curiously asks. “I think it’s you because Eeteuk is such a player!”
Eeteuk glares at his noona who’s happily laughing at him then pouted at Kangin who gave him a soft smile. “It was me who fell in love first. It was when we won best couple in Elle Magazine and as a prize we have to shoot some themes that the fans chose. So there I was dressed up as a prince, and hyung was wearing a big gown and I was - hmm ... astound by his beauty. I mean he’s really pretty.”
“Kangin has fetish with pretty boys like he has fetish with pretty toes.” Eeteuk added cheerfully.
Kangin gave Eeteuk a nervous look but the older pretended that he didn’t see anything. “That is when I started having these weird feelings for him especially when he took his girlfriend to the dorm and introduced her to us. I felt betrayed in some weird way. I tried to ignore it and started avoiding him. But living in one dorm, you couldn’t avoid one another. Gathering up all my guts and confidence I went up to him, kissed him and ask him to be my boyfriend. “
“What happened then?” Shin Dong Yup asked.
“I dumped him!” Eeteuk answered with a wide grin. Kangin noticed that Eeteuk is enjoying embarrassing him. “When I saw him gloomed I said, Young Woon - if you want me, don’t go kissing me like some baby. Have you forgotten your manners? You -"
"You have to court me first.”
Everyone at the studio was laughing with Eeteuk as Kangin could feel his face reddened in embarrassment. “And the rest was history. In the end I fell in love with him.”
Kangin couldn’t help but to grin. His heart just leapt. Eeteuk could be insane sometimes but he could be the sweetest person one could ever meet.
Shin Dong Yup could feel the fans anticipation. He looked at his pamphlet and found one interesting question. “Eeteuk-ah, what do you think is the difference between having a girlfriend and a boyfriend?”
“My girlfriend is subtle that is because I lead her. You make the first move, you do your thing- you know” Eeteuk stated flatly. “As for Kangin, he’s as horny as hell!”
Kangin chocked after hearing Eeteuk's answer. “Kangin is strong and muscular, and a responsible loving guy and I can always depend on him. But he gets hard almost all the time! And the sex isn’t that easy!”
Kangin couldn’t help but to laugh with the audience. One PD was waiving at Shin Dong Yup about getting a call from Lee Entertainment but the host just shoved it off with a sarcastic smile.
“And Kangin could be rough sometime but that’s fine because he really looks hot naked in real life. I mean it’s 100 % much better than that stupid billboard in Incheon!” Eeteuk continued enthusiastically. Some fans who looked like Kangin’s fans from his shows glared at Eeteuk in jealousy but the boy just ignored it.
“How was the sex?” Taebin asked intensively with an evil smile displayed on his face. “Was it painful?”
“Hyung, I don’t even know how to explain this to you but,” Eeteuk held with a heavy face. Kangin could feel the intense emotion of the people around them since everyone, angry or excited, are all ears at Eeteuk’s next statement.
“But?” asked Shin Dong Yup in curiosity.
“Hmm... I think most of the people here saw Kangin’s billboard and I guess you guys saw how big it was.” Eeteuk claimed with a malevolent smile. “Imagine it inside you! OHHHH.. I just thought about my sex with him last night!!”
And the roar of frustrated fans just grew louder. The security had to push the fans so they’ll stay on their sits because of the looks of it some just want to hurt Eeteuk real bad. Taebin laughed so hard that he got some serious glares from his other sunbae experts and Shin Dong Hyup bitted his cheek fat to prevent himself from laughing. As for Kangin who looked dumbfounded the moment Eeteuk mentioned about how big his thing was, just wants to die immediately.

“HYUUUUUUUNG!!” Kangin groaned, as he exasperatedly stood up and faces his boyfriend who’s been busy doing something in his laptop.
“Sit down, honey.” Eeteuk said calmly, moving his back a little bit to get a comfortable position on the couch.
“I still can’t believe that you said that live on television!”
“Hey don’t get angry with me!” Eeteuk rolled his eyes without looking at him. “You were the one who publicize our relationship.”
“But you want me to publi- “
“I want you to what?” Eeteuk asked as he shot a dangerous glare at his lover.
“Fine!” Kangin pouted. He sat at the couch helplessly, pulling up his legs and hugging it close to him. “I don’t think I have any say in our relationship anymore!”
“Of course you do honey-bear.” Eeteuk said as he turns his attention back to his laptop. He types something at the net and began putting up codes in a layout generator. “What color do you prefer?”
“Color for what?” Kangin asked. He leaned his head to look at what Eeteuk has been doing.
“For our official website.” Eeteuk answered. He turned his laptop at Kangin to reveal a website with a big www.KangTeuk.com on the top of it. “I figured I can make money out of this.”
“What?” Kangin asked in disbelief. “Am I a product now?”
“Idiot! I am not going to sell you! You’re mine, of course!” Eeteuk said as he concentrates his eyes back from his laptop. “I am selling stuffs! Like your boxers, your shirt, your shampoo, your nude photo book, our Elle magazine -“
“You’re selling my personal stuffs?”
“Yeah, look how the fans go crazy when they heard the show is giving away your D&G boxers! We could earn a lot from it!” Eeteuk exclaimed happily, his eyes still at the computer.
“Hyung! Those are my personal stuffs - Things that I owned and bought with my own money. Things that I use every day.” Kangin stated exasperatedly.
“Exactly.” Eeteuk replied. He clicked some sites as he ignores his boyfriend’s whims. Eeteuk doesn’t seem to be listening to Kangin or have interest listening to him. “See, there are orders already!! I think we should make our own doll, mug, and blankets... condoms. “
Kangin’s eyes grew wide. “Hyung, are you even listening to me?”
“I am.” Eeteuk raised his head to face him. He has an uninterested look in his face.
“I don’t think you love me anymore.” Kangin muttered then pouted at his boyfriend who turned back his attention to his computer.

Kangin noticed flashes coming out from the window and noticed that it’s not the members who are just playing around with the camera but a bunch of paparazzi. “Now what should we do with all the paparazzi outside trying to get a glimpse of our sex life?”
“Kangin-ah,” Eeteuk beams as he put aside his laptop and crawled his way to Kangin, “that’s the point of being publicize - is to be publisize.”
And the flashes from outside just became a beacon of light.

A/N: You might think where I got these crazy ideas.. LOL. This is a part of a big story. My stories involves the whole KPOP industry. Since I am a 2nd Generation fan, there are some characters that you may not be familiar with. Some of them are from 2nd gen, others are entertainers, comedians, and socialites. You might find my fics connected because it is and the fact that I often mention things first before the story is to give the reader an overview of the bigger story.
Lee Sung Jin, a member of the famous group in 90’s NRG married Kayote member Shinji against his father’s wishes. Wanting to be independent, he created an entertainment company called Lee Entertainment. In this story, Lee Entertainment had bought the rights to Super Junior. The company’s talents are mostly from other companies that some bashers claimed that he stole and that he has no real produced talents in his company. His first ever talent was Se7en. Other talents include, the legendary Shinhwa, DBSK, Jeon Hye Bin, Super Junior, Big Bang, SNSD, Younha, Henry, Anarchy (a famous Korean rock band composed of Yesung and Heechul of Suju and Hong Ki and Choi Jong Hoon of FT Island) and the newly debuted 2ne1. SS501 was once a Lee Entertainment talent but left after 2 years due to personal reasons. Lee Sung Jin tried buying the rights of Wonder Girls but unsuccessful since JYP had treated the group so well.
Shin Jung Hwan a famous comedian and a former member of Country KoKo hosts a show called The 8 O’clock show with colleagues HaHa, Park Myung Soo and Kim Jong Gook. Shin Dong Hyup replaced former host Kim Jong Gook right after he went to the army. The 8 O’Clock show is the highest rated late night talk show that deals with entertainment, scandals and unresolved issues in showbiz. Its rival show (though it's not mentioned) is SBS’ Ae Deita Family hosted by No Hong Chul, Hyun Young, Kim Jong Min, and other members. Together they build up a gossip hungry family that invites famous guests who are involved with scandals.
Uhm Taebin, a member of 1tym, produced a deviant and rebellious show called Because I Said So. He hosts the show with Tim Hwang, Hwang Bo and Han Hye Sul. Because I Said So is one of the most controversial talk show in the Korean Entertainment Industry. The Media Regulatory Board had taken actions to take out Because I Said So but in some unknown reason they weren’t successful.
Choi Jae Min is the owner of MBC inc. And is the youngest CEO of the company. His cousin is Choi Dong Wook (Se7en).
Kangin is TOP’s (Big Bang) best friend since they were kids. They recently fought over the fact that TOP’s girlfriend Park Min Young was impregnated by Kangin. It was a big scandal that made Kangin really famous since he clearly denies the fact that he is the father. D&G took him as their main endorser and his first ever ad with them is to wear only a boxer brief in their billboard. The tagline has made the headlines due to its sexual content - “A lustful desire to see beneath a luxurious Boxer.” It caused severe traffic that the government felt that need to take it down, but due to the intense protests of Kangin’s new found fans, the issue was long forgotten though the traffic remains. Other billboard he has for D&G was in Myong Dong Seoul, where he only wore a necktie and posed almost naked and around Dongdaemun where he endorsed a scarf for women. Popular shows like MBC’s We Do The Talking covered it in their episode “PORN OR ART?”, MBC’s The 8 O’Clock Show quoted it and Kangin “The traffic enforcers office just asked him to be their model since he’s the cause of all these accidents and traffic and SBS’ Ae Deita Family described him as “Billboard Fantasy.” Kangin has a lot of Cfs and movies also making him the richest member in Super Junior. He hosted a game show in SBS called Ahjumma Sarangheo with No Hong Chul wherein he gained a lot of middle aged fans.
Eeteuk on the other hand created his own scandal when he tactlessly mentioned that Kim Yoona (figure skater) did not add him in Cyworld. He is known also for saying things he does not think about. One show he did in MNET was with Lee Hyori where they shopped some clothes and try wearing them for fun. If Kangin is busy with his own schedules, Eeteuk on the other hand has a tight schedule too due to his own individual activities. If Kangin is know as a flirt, Eeteuk is well know as a lady’s man. He has numerous girlfriends who are considered queen cars.

Shin Dong Yup, a famous host in the entertainment Industry produced and MC a show with the help of Choi Jae Min (The young proprietor of MBC station) that deals with issues/headlines in the entertainment and political arena. The purpose of the show is to talk about the details written on the net and newspapers, broadcasted on the television, and talked about on the radio. Then 3 experts from different genre of entertainment share their views and opinions about the said issues. The viewers are given the chance to share their thoughts too by participating on their daily conversation or by calling on their local hotline. The viewers through the 3 experts would hear 3 different opinions and thus has a choice in whom should they believe or if ever they would believe. The beauty about this program is that the experts are the heart of the entertainment industry and thus their opinions are close enough to be the truth.
The experts of this program are:
Shin Jung Hwan: (Comedian/MC) Known as the wise veteran of the entertainment industry. He might be a comedian as a profession but after earning an award in the Seoul Entertainment Awards for best host in MBC’s The 8 O’clock show, he gained recognition not only from his peers but to the whole Korean audience. He is a mentor of many famous singers and actors but he is widely known as the godfather of the Choi Dong-Wook or famously known as Se7en. Being updated with news because of his famous show, The 8 O’Clock Show, Shin Jung Hwan knows what the truth, the lies, and the half truth and lies in the issues surrounding the entertainment and political arena. His status as an instructor in real life had him friends with lots of powerful families around Korea. He is the wise opinion leader but he is also a careful sharer.
Park Kyung Lim: (Comedian/MC) Being a famous veteran in the world of television, Park Kyung Lim lives up on her image as a sensitive, nice, and wise commentator. In the world of broadcasting, Park Kyung Lim had interviewed lots of personalities both in the entertainment and political industries. On her show, One on One, she had interviewed numerous famous personalities that had shared their issues with the people around them. Her show won best informative talk show in Seoul Entertainment Awards. Being a mentor and a Noona to most of the newcomers in the industry, Kyung Lim had made her circle of acquaintances and friends bigger. Being sensitive, elaborative, and passionate in one’s scandal is her expertise and her opinion really can convince anyone.
Uhm Taebin: (Singer/MC) Taebin is the most daring, controversial, and deviant personality in the industry. His self-produced and hosted show in MBC, Because I Said So, had gained lots of attention not only from the Korean audience but also from the Media Regulatory Board (MRB). His tackles words and deviant ways made him the Bad Boy in the Korean Entertainment world. His show Because I Said so, despite of all the controversies, had grabbed 4 awards in the Seoul Entertainment Awards including Best Talk show in the Night Time category and Most Popular Talk Show. Taebin is widely known as the member of 1tym. His circle of friends and connection is so wide that Taebin knows almost everything that is happening within the industry. Since he has a lot of Idol Star friends and dongsengs, he knew things that all fan girls are dying to know. He knew the truth but it’s up to him if he’ll say.
Shin Dong Yup hosts this morning show to provide answers to the people who are curious of the issues they see on Media. Balancing the converse of opinion, Shin Dong Yup yet again showed the world that he had created another masterpiece show that gained millions of loyal followers and excellent critics from television reviewers.
They simply called it, “We Do The Talking”.

One of the most famous episodes they had was the “KangTeuk Craze” that gained 67% ratings, highest for a morning television talk show in the history of Korean Television. It was when Kangin revealed in his SBS show, Ahjuma Sarangheo his couple ring and with a smile had stated, “Teukie Hyung, Saranghe” that the whole buzz came about. Eeteuk, on the other hand, responded on a show in Mnet, “I Love you too, Young Woon” as he showed off his couple ring too. And after a few hours, the paparazzi had a new eye-candy; the Kangteuk couple.
Kangin is already well known for his naked billboard in Incheon highway and his scandals with various celebrities including the Park Min Young/TOP revelation. Eeteuk’s tackles words in his radio and television shows brings him trouble, making him at fault for his scandals.
The show had to cover it due the immerse reaction and feedbacks of the Super Junior fans which Shin Dong Yup found amazing since Super Junior has a record of almost 10,000 fans (or more) in just Korea alone. Inviting 50 privilege fans inside the studio and 50 more from their loyal followers,media, and critics, Shin Dong Yup carefully planned the show’s outline and theme to cover not only the truth that the audience want but also the entertainment and value that one can cultivate after watching the show.

Kangin had to hold Eeteuk’s hand to prevent the older man from panicking. It has been 30 minutes since they left the car and was welcomed by fans, anti-fans, and media. Now they are sitting at the couch backstage, safe from the gossip-hungry people, as the stations 35 security guards came to their security and blocked all entrance to the studio. It has been a huge pressure and stress for the both of them ever since they publicized their relationship. Eeteuk had asked Kangin to reveal their love affair live on television and even though Kangin wanted his relationship private, he agreed with Eeteuk. He knew his boyfriend has always been insecure with him. Even without asking, it’s obvious that Eeteuk does not like Kangin’s new image, which is Korea’s newest bad boy, and his numerous scandals with girls had made his lover furious with Media. And his D&G billboard is not helping also. Confessing live in Television is the only way Kangin can proved to Eeteuk that he loves him more than anything. And now they are in a mess that they can’t seem to run away.
After the confession, the PDs from different networks invited them to their show and their company, Lee Entertainment had declined the offers. Since Lee Sung Jin had to do damage control, he could and would not accept that his famous talents would be “has-beens” and that their issue would inflict their scandals to the whole Super Junior. It was Lee Soo Man’s fault for introducing Kangteuk couple to the fans and for making the fan service more rapid and real to the eyes of the fans. Lee Sung Jin blames the SM president for letting the two work together in many shows, making them close, - or making them too close for them to have a secret relationship. Lee Sung Jin would hate it if D&G pulls out Kangin as their Main Endorser so he has to find the solution for this real fast. And when Shin Dong Yup called for an exclusive, Lee Sung Jin agreed to have his scandalous couple guests the famous show for 3 Billion Won ($3 M).
The PD knocked gently at the backstage room. He quietly opened the door and lean in to look for the KangTeuk couple. Kangin gave him a small smile while Eeteuk shrugged in nervousness.
“Are you guys ready? We’ll start in 2 minutes. Follow me.” The PD said politely, as he signals them to follow him out of the room.
Kangin grabbed Eeteuk’s cold hand to keep his lover relaxed. He struggled to say a word but figured that the only way to keep Eeteuk sane is to actually face him directly. Caressing his lover’s cheek, he gives Eeteuk a warm smile. “Hyung, there’s nothing to be nervous about. It was a confession of love not a confession of a crime.”
“Young-Woon, you don’t understand - I mean I just found out the consequences of our action. Super Junior, your career, the fans -“
“Ssshhh.”
Kangin gently put his index finger to Eeteuk’s mouth and pull him close to kiss him. Eeteuk’s body stiffened for a moment, but as the kiss grew deeper, Eeteuk felt the need to relax and he let Kangin lead him on with more kisses. When Kangin pulled himself out, he gave his lover a warm smile. “Forget the consequences - I am in love with you in the most craziest things you can ever imagine. I can’t do this alone hyung. I need you.”
Eeteuk, though nervous, gave Kangin a smile. “Of course silly! I won’t let you have all the attention, you know.”
Kangin gave a small laugh as he pull Eeteuk out of the room into the big studio of the show “We Do The Talking.”

Shin Dong Yup smiles at the audience and greets them warmly. He walks to the platform where his three experts are waiting for him.
“Shin Dong Yup! How in the world you were able to invite the Kangteuk couple?” Shin Jung Hwan, one of the three experts, asked the host.
Park Kyung Lim looked at his co-expert then to their host with a confused look in her face. She has been asking for the Kangteuk couple on her how “One on One” and has been denied twice. And due to Shin Jung Hwan’s question, it is obvious that even his famous show “The 8 o’Clock show” has been denied too.
Taebin forced out a sarcastic laugh and pats his confused noona. “Of coursed he paid! Lee Sung Jin is practically a money man. He should have his face put on the next won bill.”
Shin Dong Yup smiled at Taebin as he took his seat. “3 Billion Won- All that money for only two boys. And they won’t even get any profit from. I don’t even think that they are aware that I paid a lot of money for an exclusive.”
Shin Jung Hwan almost fell of his chair. “3 Billion? Are you insane? You paid 3 Billion for a 2 hour exclusive?”
Shin Dong Yup crossed his legs and moved his body to the right to be able to look at his friend comfortably. “I won’t pay that much if I won’t get any profit. Lee Sung Jin wants money that bad, well, I want controversies better! He didn’t give me any conditions so I am going to maximize this opportunity. And besides, this is their first appearance!”
When Kangin and Eeteuk appeared in the studio, the audience screams was all they can hear. Security has to push back the other audience who want to approach the couple. The moment the couple found their seat, Shin Dong Yup gave a wink at Shin Jung Hwan. “Lee Sung Jin would regret selling off his Kangteuk couple to me.”

Kangin smiles at Taebin who keeps on giving him creepy looks. When he shifts his glance to Eeteuk, Taebin rolls his eyes and smirks. “Ya, Kangin-ah - I hate you. I don’t like that you stole my bad boy image! I was the original!”
Eeteuk can’t help but to laugh. His chuckle became intense that he has to hold his stomach to stop from hurting. Kangin was amused and started laughing. Shin Dong Yup whispered his thanks to Taebin for calming their guests down. He looked at the camera and waited for the director’s cue.
“And we are live in, 5, 4, 3, 2 ...Action!”
“Good Morning, ladies and gentlemen to the show where your opinion matters! As usual, we have here our 3 experts that give their proficient opinions in every matter, the wise and prudent Shin Jung Hwan, the caring and sensible Park Kyung Lim and the apathetic, seditious Taebin!”
The audience grew loud as the security grew tight. Taebin practically stood up and waved at the audience, enjoying the attention he’s getting.
“First, I’d like to thank the studio audience today for taking their time to come here. You see, they waited all night for them to be able to enter. To those who weren’t able to enter are outside. And look at how many they are!”
Shin Dong Yup pointed out the big screen behind him, and the video shifted to the studio’s parking lot as the live transmission of thousands of fans screaming outside once the saw they were being filmed. The PDs of the show provided them a huge screen so they could watch the show outside.
“Of course, only the lucky studio audience will be given each a 3g I phone courtesy by our sponsor, Mac and 150,000 gift certificate courtesy by Lotte World. 5 of you guys will have an exclusive autograph from our guests today.”
The audience scream is much louder than before and Shin Dong Yup had to wave his hand for them to hush up.
“And 2 lucky home viewers will get a limited edition, Dolce and Gabbana boxer - mind you people, mind you - that this is the boxer that Kangin himself wore in his pictorial for his D&G billboard in Incheon Highway!”
Eeteuk thought that the studio would fracture down because of the tremendous screaming and jumping of the audience. They were not only teenage girls. There are middle-age women who are probably Kangin’s loyal fan from his show “Ahjumma Sarangheo”, and men which he had no idea why they are there (but had a very bad guess and he's whole-heartedly pleading that he got it wrong). This is the reason why he doesn’t like Kangin posting naked. The fans lust is a dangerous thing.
“So call us for your questions, rate at our internet polls, comment at outr blogs, and leave us remarks! Hurry up!! Because this show is not about us, it’s about you! It is important for us that you have an idea on what’s going on in your idol’s life. And whoever you believe, it’s up to you. These are just opinions and are not to be considered the truth. Because especially now that everyone’s favourite namja couple revealed their secret, you wouldn’t want to be behind - join us, converse with us, and if you’re shy, it’s okay, listen to us and WE’LL DO THE TALKING!”
The crowd went wild as the camera turn to film them. Shin Dong Yup signals the Floor director to control the audience. He faced the couple that sat beside him. He gave a comforting look at them as he whispers, “It’s just like talking to me alone, Kangin-ah, Jungsu-ah. Don’t feel too pressure, it’s just your hyung. I won’t eat you guys.”
Eeteuk answered his hyung with a smile. He felt Kangin did the same. It’s their first appearance as a couple and this is also their first time to talk about their relationship in public. Even though, Shin Dong Yup wanted them to chill and relax, he can’t help but be pressured. He hadn’t really talked about his affair with Kangin with his members, parents and friends. Though he thinks that his members might already know already, he still thinks that it would be much better if they were the first one that they should be talking to and not the whole country.
“Our guests for today have been in the headline for 2 consecutive weeks. People are dying to know what really is going on. The paparazzi are doing everything they can to find out, the netizens are writing what they think about, and the fans are all over media, radio, and internet just to get any information about them. They kept their silence for a long time and for the first time; they are finally ready to talk about their relationship. Everyone, please welcome Kangin and Eeteuk.”
Kangin and Eeteuk stood up to bow at the audience and to their sunbaes. They received screams and applause from the crowd. Taebin who’s watching at the side, smirked evilly at them. “Ya! Give the fans something to scream about - like kissing or something.” The studio bursts our laughing. Eeteuk hides his face behind Kangin who’s laughing happily.
“Why go publicized?” Shin Dong Yup asks after the studio went silent.
Kangin glances at Eeteuk who looks happy and relaxed, “I don’t know hyung. I mean what’s wrong in having a relationship that has a lot of witness?”
“I guess you guys don’t want to hide anymore from the media and fans?” Shin Jung Hwan added, as he takes a sip from his coffee.
“It’s the best way to keep the girls from flirting with Kangin” Eeteuk said simply with a smile in his face, ignoring the annoyed faces from the ahjummas in the audience. “So they’ll know plus the whole world, that he’s mine.”
Taebin had to raise an eyebrow at Eeteuk. “It must been hard having a sex-icon as a boyfriend. The ahjummas must been terrible!”
Eeteuk gave out his natural laughter despite the glare of the ahjummas from the audience. “You have no idea, hyung.”

“Does your Super Junior members know or knew about your affair?” Shin Dong Yup added.
“I think most of them knows. Heechul hyung often tease me with Teukie hyung, and Kyuhyun would often joke around how cosy we are together.” Kangin said. “It’s like a known fact but we never really got to talk about it.”
“Plus they don’t look shock after the news breaks out. They were just smiling and congratulating us.” Eeteuk said the moment Kangin paused. “My relationship with Kangin is so obvious - Hello? We share the same bed!”
Kangin stared at Eeteuk, hoping that he’ll look at him and shut up. He’s at it again. Kangin thought. Eeteuk’s tackles words will get them in more trouble.
“So have you guys done it then?” Taebin asks immediately as if he found the right opportunity.
“There are many kinds of it, Taebin hyung. But I guess we had done all the possible it you can think about.” Eeteuk quickly answered and Kangin’s beginning to regret to have a boyfriend who speaks before he thinks even it can be so cute and lovable sometimes.
“How does this happen? Who fell in love first? How did you guys fell in love?” Shin Dong Yup asks next.
“Was it you Kangin?” Park Kyung curiously asks. “I think it’s you because Eeteuk is such a player!”
Eeteuk glares at his noona who’s happily laughing at him then pouted at Kangin who gave him a soft smile. “It was me who fell in love first. It was when we won best couple in Elle Magazine and as a prize we have to shoot some themes that the fans chose. So there I was dressed up as a prince, and hyung was wearing a big gown and I was - hmm ... astound by his beauty. I mean he’s really pretty.”
“Kangin has fetish with pretty boys like he has fetish with pretty toes.” Eeteuk added cheerfully.
Kangin gave Eeteuk a nervous look but the older pretended that he didn’t see anything. “That is when I started having these weird feelings for him especially when he took his girlfriend to the dorm and introduced her to us. I felt betrayed in some weird way. I tried to ignore it and started avoiding him. But living in one dorm, you couldn’t avoid one another. Gathering up all my guts and confidence I went up to him, kissed him and ask him to be my boyfriend. “
“What happened then?” Shin Dong Yup asked.
“I dumped him!” Eeteuk answered with a wide grin. Kangin noticed that Eeteuk is enjoying embarrassing him. “When I saw him gloomed I said, Young Woon - if you want me, don’t go kissing me like some baby. Have you forgotten your manners? You -"
"You have to court me first.”
Everyone at the studio was laughing with Eeteuk as Kangin could feel his face reddened in embarrassment. “And the rest was history. In the end I fell in love with him.”
Kangin couldn’t help but to grin. His heart just leapt. Eeteuk could be insane sometimes but he could be the sweetest person one could ever meet.
Shin Dong Yup could feel the fans anticipation. He looked at his pamphlet and found one interesting question. “Eeteuk-ah, what do you think is the difference between having a girlfriend and a boyfriend?”
“My girlfriend is subtle that is because I lead her. You make the first move, you do your thing- you know” Eeteuk stated flatly. “As for Kangin, he’s as horny as hell!”
Kangin chocked after hearing Eeteuk's answer. “Kangin is strong and muscular, and a responsible loving guy and I can always depend on him. But he gets hard almost all the time! And the sex isn’t that easy!”
Kangin couldn’t help but to laugh with the audience. One PD was waiving at Shin Dong Yup about getting a call from Lee Entertainment but the host just shoved it off with a sarcastic smile.
“And Kangin could be rough sometime but that’s fine because he really looks hot naked in real life. I mean it’s 100 % much better than that stupid billboard in Incheon!” Eeteuk continued enthusiastically. Some fans who looked like Kangin’s fans from his shows glared at Eeteuk in jealousy but the boy just ignored it.
“How was the sex?” Taebin asked intensively with an evil smile displayed on his face. “Was it painful?”
“Hyung, I don’t even know how to explain this to you but,” Eeteuk held with a heavy face. Kangin could feel the intense emotion of the people around them since everyone, angry or excited, are all ears at Eeteuk’s next statement.
“But?” asked Shin Dong Yup in curiosity.
“Hmm... I think most of the people here saw Kangin’s billboard and I guess you guys saw how big it was.” Eeteuk claimed with a malevolent smile. “Imagine it inside you! OHHHH.. I just thought about my sex with him last night!!”
And the roar of frustrated fans just grew louder. The security had to push the fans so they’ll stay on their sits because of the looks of it some just want to hurt Eeteuk real bad. Taebin laughed so hard that he got some serious glares from his other sunbae experts and Shin Dong Hyup bitted his cheek fat to prevent himself from laughing. As for Kangin who looked dumbfounded the moment Eeteuk mentioned about how big his thing was, just wants to die immediately.

“HYUUUUUUUNG!!” Kangin groaned, as he exasperatedly stood up and faces his boyfriend who’s been busy doing something in his laptop.
“Sit down, honey.” Eeteuk said calmly, moving his back a little bit to get a comfortable position on the couch.
“I still can’t believe that you said that live on television!”
“Hey don’t get angry with me!” Eeteuk rolled his eyes without looking at him. “You were the one who publicize our relationship.”
“But you want me to publi- “
“I want you to what?” Eeteuk asked as he shot a dangerous glare at his lover.
“Fine!” Kangin pouted. He sat at the couch helplessly, pulling up his legs and hugging it close to him. “I don’t think I have any say in our relationship anymore!”
“Of course you do honey-bear.” Eeteuk said as he turns his attention back to his laptop. He types something at the net and began putting up codes in a layout generator. “What color do you prefer?”
“Color for what?” Kangin asked. He leaned his head to look at what Eeteuk has been doing.
“For our official website.” Eeteuk answered. He turned his laptop at Kangin to reveal a website with a big www.KangTeuk.com on the top of it. “I figured I can make money out of this.”
“What?” Kangin asked in disbelief. “Am I a product now?”
“Idiot! I am not going to sell you! You’re mine, of course!” Eeteuk said as he concentrates his eyes back from his laptop. “I am selling stuffs! Like your boxers, your shirt, your shampoo, your nude photo book, our Elle magazine -“
“You’re selling my personal stuffs?”
“Yeah, look how the fans go crazy when they heard the show is giving away your D&G boxers! We could earn a lot from it!” Eeteuk exclaimed happily, his eyes still at the computer.
“Hyung! Those are my personal stuffs - Things that I owned and bought with my own money. Things that I use every day.” Kangin stated exasperatedly.
