Finally found a use for my LJ?
So I keep promising myself that I'm going to work on my writing, not because I want to go anywhere with it, but that I enjoy it. Unfortunately I'm a poor planner and I never really seem to get anywhere with it. One option is to sit down and fill out a plan outlining everything I want to write. That would, however, pretty much destroy my writing style and it's nowhere near as fun. Another option is to find a way to force my hand a little bit, seeing as no one reads what I write these days, and I have no way of updating to any sort of audience, I might as well use this LJ to post updates. I figure what I'm going to do is post a week 'end' update on sunday, outlining my activities as far as writing goes, and throughout the week if I finish a chapter or as in the case of my first story, re-edit a chapter, I'll post a hyper-link on my LJ after I've uploaded it. While I'm fairly confident no one reads this, if you feel I'm spamming your friends page, let me know and I'll set up some sort of group tags.
To start off, I'm just going to post the top page of each of the two stories I'm currently working on and after that I will be posting links to individual chapters/groups of chapters.
