I owe a bunch of LJ posts for this year. I went through my whole LJ and added the "close friends" filter to old posts. That will make it easier for me to target future posts to the right group. Took a lot of time.

I've made up a list of 60 Vancouver-area hotels. At least a quarter of them are reasonably affordable, and some of those have meeting rooms (plural). Should be a doable thing. I wrote a new schedule program at work. This will greatly simplify making changes, which is going to be relevant. Doing it in PHP was pretty compact and straightforward. It's not integrated with the absent program, but it's only one more step from here ( Read more... )

Downloaded some photos from my inbox and deleted them from email. Email account goes from 54% full to 37%.

Getting around to glancing at my inbox for political stuff. I get a lot of email from Howard Dean...

Urgent email is clear. Images are saved on the hard drive and deleted out of inbox and outbox. I now actually have to think about what to do next.

What may have been a cherry popsicle seems to have melted on my Spanish for Dummies book. Some time ago. It's kind of gross. A spray cleaner helped a little.

On the plus side, I'm essentially caught up on email. (Obviously. ;) )

Edit: Searching floor, desktop, and computer bag, found 19 plane tickets and four con badges. So far.
