Well the fixture list for the new Premiership season has been released. Villa get to go and play in Arsenal's new stadium for the season opener - you'll have to forgive me if I don't jump up and down with excitement about that one. The way this transfer window is going we're going to have even less players than the undersized squad we had to play the last season. The Christmas period is going to be really hard to see too - we play Man Utd on Boxing Day (no chance of a ticket for that one) and then we're away for the rest of the time. Bah.

Still Reading at Villa Park on 23rd August, first home fixture, might try and see if I can find someone to go with me for that.
