This is Cosmopolitan Theatre (普庆影戏院 or 国光大戏院) in Hongkou, designed by C. H. Gonda in 1930 and subsequently built on East Seward Road. Its more recent name was 国光剧场, and the address was 550 Dongchangzhi Road 东长治路550号. It was demolished around 2004 to widen Xinjian Road.
