A friend pointed out some curious newspaper coverage, unavailable to me before, which inspired this blog entry about the Russian woman Katherine Hadley. In 1933, Hadley stabbed and killed her lover Walter Clifford Youngs in Shanghai. (And according to the entry above, the Shanghai crime was not her first!)
