i actually got up early enough to work out a bit before i left for work today. that makes twice this week i've actually exercised outside my walk to work. not bad. i've also been reading a lot more as well. i'm only at ten percent of where i want to be with the books, but i've been making myself read every night, so we'll see if that helps. oh my, i finally finished a book yesterday.

God Emperor of Dune has finally succumbed. granted, this chalks up as book one of sixty for the year, but this is the third time i'm trying to get through the Dune series and i finally made it past the fourth book, so it's a large small accomplishment...
