ERTCAubri Day 7
I am amazed that the boys let me sleep in til 9:30. But they did, which is good, because i needed some sleep.
We snuggled in bed for a few hours, and then william said he wanted to make me breakfast. which i was totally ok with.
garlic and cheddar scrambled eggs with bacon, with a little special apple juice for me, because i'm on vacation and i can.
went back to daddy's to take a nap, because i knew i'd be driving overnight to mel's. Mom called me around 5 to meet her at the clam bake, which was my first clam bake. i wish i hadn't been eating so much the week before, because i had, like, NO room in me for food. I had some fried clams, and i had a little corn and salt potatoes, but not nearly as much as i would like to have had.
left around 8pm, and drove all over watertown so i could say goodbye, but i couldn't find him. by 9 i had to get on the road, and i didn't hear from him until 10:30. sad. but it will be ok. my irrational fear of people dying if i don't get to tell them goodbye and i love them is just an irrational fear.
went to rochester on a whim to meet up with phonny from brock's wedding. We, and his friend, went to Lux for some drinks. they had rootbeer vodka! it was three olives, which i thought was greatly inferior, but it was rootbeer vodka and diet, which made me super happy. we sat on the hammock and just chatted to closing, which was a wonderful way to spend a night.
i left rochacha around 2 am, and by 3am i was having to pull over and nap.
woke up at 5, drove till 7, made it to ohio, and had to pull over and sleep again.
