unexpected tax refund just more than doubled my first paycheck. neato. :)

so carter last night was a barrel of monkeys. the gig was great even though we had upstairs sitting-down tickets - we were right at the front so had a perfect view, without being crushed by shirtless sweating overweight middle-aged blokes. we turned up to the venue with our spare ticket, with memories of last year's sell-out experience making us ( Read more... )

jeez, type design is a lot of work. especially doing it by hand on isometric graph paper. way to make things easy for myself. plus this is a project set by neville brody (think cabaret voltaire album covers. oh, and the face) so it's kind of a big deal.
