Going back to her "normal" life after having been Sora was not exactly as easy as Lily Evans Potter had made it seem. Firstly, she'd never quite realized that martial arts and other such muggle means of fighting were so exhilarating. She was looking into pursuing that. Secondly, she had a lot of thinking to do about a certain person named Gambit. Or perhaps he wasn't exactly himself either. She'd have to ponder that later. It was too much. Then, there was the fact that while she'd experienced the oddities of Aternaville before, with people becoming younger, switching ages, even switching with each other, Lily had never felt less in control, despite the fact that one of the events happened to her. Sitting helpless in your own head was nothing she wanted to ever experience again. That managed to add to her store of nightmares whenever she tried sleeping and it wasn't exactly easy to doze off anymore.
Suffice it to say, Lily was entirely caught up in her own thoughts when she bumped into the person on Twelfth Street.
