Bread Experiments!

Experiment 1:

1 C each bread flour, white whole wheat flour, and oats processed into flour.
1 handful oats
3 T melted butter
3 T honey
1 T yeast
1 C warm water
1 t salt

Review: Excellent texture, excellent taste, but not enough rise.

Experiment 2:

1.5 C each bread flour, white whole wheat flour, and oats processed into flour.
1 handful oats
3 T melted butter
1/4 C molasses
1 T yeast
1 1/3 C warm water
1 t salt

Review: ...still in oven.
