Our last FULL day in Maui, we decided to venture around and check out the island beaches. We started our morning out by going into Old Lahaina for breakfast.

What better way to top off a day of snorkeling & whale watching, but on the beach with the best luau on Maui? When we booked our snorkeling trip, they guy offered to sell us tickets to the luau at our hotel...but we already had tickets to the Old Lahaina Luau. After a day in the rainforest, we decided to enjoy the sunshine on the west side of the island and stick close to our homebase for a day. The one thing zannahope wanted to do was go to the Tropical Fruit Plantation. The one thing studiodoctor wanted to do was ride the Sugar Cane Train. I picked up B some water shoes for our vacation to Maui. Needless to say, this is the only time he wore them. (Hopefully they'll still fit this summer since I bought them so big.)

After church we went to brunch with Kyle's parents, Craig & family, Nicki's parents, and Dee (a very nice surprise, one of Kyle's old teachers and a close family friend).
