I thought I would take a break to procrastinate

It's my last full day in DC today. Tomorrow, I catch a flight home at 5 p.m. (that's 4 p.m. central time). I won't get into Texas until about 9 p.m. It's actually a pretty long flight, now that I think of it. I am flying halfway across the country.

I will miss DC, but I think I miss Texas more.

Things I'll miss:
Public transportation (metro)
Awesome restaurants on every corner (juice joint and Open City -- I'm going there for dinner tonight!)
Hanging out with my roomies
Getting access to heads of government and organizations
H&M (I'm writing them a letter demanding a store be made in Texas)
the peruvian musician who plays at the Woodley Park metro stop on Saturdays
Free art museums

Things I won't miss:
Public transportation (metro)
Cat calling
Homeless people asking for money (I'm probably more broke than them)
Getting lost
Having to buy everything at CVS
Inflated grocery prices
Punk ass ghetto kids on the metro
