I took off my shoe for a second because something was in there bothering my toe. They are slingback black pointy-toe heels, which I wear religiously since they go with everything and don't give me blisters. The heels are starting to get pretty worn down from walking DC's urban jungle so much.

Anyway, I look to see what's bugging my foot and I think toe jam is growing in them.

Yeah, I think I'm going to toss them out after today.

I know, just what you wanted -- to be grossed out. I'm here all day.
