Exercise, sex, adventures, a hobby/activity you really like, laying out in the sun/being outdoors, make art, immerse yourself in a book, take a bubble bath, something stimulating and different, etc etc etc.

ETA: As someone who understands Mania/depression - I can say that it is very important to force yourself to "go through the motions", even if you're not thrilled to begin with, just so that you don't sink below the surface. Tread water. <3
5HTP. Yeah, it helps build up seratonin reserves. That's why people who do MDMA (which works by dumping said seratonin reserves) take it for a few weeks before rolling.
Do you like animals? Maybe borrow a friends Dog for a while. I know that when I was not doing well I would often go out of my way to care for others when I couldnt muster the energy to care for myself. Walks really helped and dogs have to get walked.
