Anyone know any good ways to get happy hormons back in your brain and/or get energy?
Inspired by the horrible depression I've been in and my shink saying it's most likely a backlash from the extreme manic phase I was in a month or so ago. Basically, my brain is out of chemicals. She upped my meds but I'd really like some kind of instant relief to get energy back and stop obsessing over hurting myself. Coffee isn't even helpnig anymore.
