1. I'm officially sick of sports announcers who complain that teams are "only" averaging 16,000 people at their games.  I doubt 16,000 people go to the theatre in an entire month, and that includes the combined attendance of every theatre in the metro Atlanta area.  It especially galls me during day games when they express amazement at the "low" ( Read more... )

Sluggish and nondescript, these are the words that apply best to me now.  As such, there's been a silence upon this journal in recent days.  Not that that's unusual or tragic.  At any rate, a hodgepodge, if you will, of stream-of-conciousnessness missives on a few various subjects.

I will be attending this tonight.  Josh and Brenda are extremely talented people who I work with at the Aquarium and I'm looking forward to seeing this.  I meant to go last weekend, but the trip to the Renaissance Festival made me too tired to drive from Fairburn to Marietta.  My condolances to all you Rennies who will be unable to go because you ( Read more... )

I'm working shows at the 14th Street Playhouse. There is an alley behind the theatre that is for theatre loading and unloading. When I started working there I asked my boss where a good place to park was and he said the alley.
