MY NEW SHINY IS HERE!!!!

Ooo!! Nice, solid weight--could give someone a concussion without too much effort. The pouch has an actual-OMG-for-reals buckle to close (I figured it would be a faux with a snap behind). The 'aging' is a bit on the obvious side, but not horribly so. Love. It.

Jett had a major breakthrough yesterday! I was sacked out on the couch reading and The Boy jumped up with me, squirmed around till he was comfortable, and proceeded to snooze for over an hour--get this--on my lap! I heard this weekend that the Hancocks at Forest and Marsh is closing (thanks for the heads-up guen_the_cat!). Last night I went by to see what, if anything, was left. I came out with $300 worth of fabric for about $55.
