nacofimo update (xpost)
Accomplishments so far: I retrieved chemise 1.0 from my mom to make sure I get the collar and cuff sizes correct for chemise 2.0. And I slacked off greatly. *blush*
Every time I think about what this project ultimately involves, I have this sudden desire to go and sit gibbering in the corner. I think this is why I stopped working on it to begin with.
Ok, I resolve to wash and cut out the fabric for chemise 2.0 tonight. I mean it. Really.
It sounds like I did nothing costuming related this weekend. Not true! It's just I did nothing related to nacofimo. I found some accessories, bought some patterns, was convinced by Teh Momster to help her have a costume to wear to Candlight next year (so she can wear her bonnet). I worked on cleaning up the meeting minutes to post to the dfwcg web site. I feaked out about not having time to make the gifts I wanted to make for AWGGH this year, and decided to give certificates for the items in question to be redeemed at a later date (hopefully not all at once).
