(no subject)
Helllllooooo! Well, again, its been a while since I updated, but hey, life just seems to always get the best of me. As it does.
I'm just working really hard (well not that hard...but a lot...its retail, so sitting in a shop all day) and drinking every now and then with my friends. Being in England is wonderful...but bloody cold. I'm getting really sick of it at the moment, and I'm so homesick for Australia. Just the thought of working every week untill October selling jewelry depreses me. Sadly. I'm going to have to do something about it very soon. I'm going to start to look for another job, and hopefully look into traveling a bit more around England and Europe...the only problem is that I want to do that with a friend, and at the moment all my good friends are still in Australia working, and not likely to come across here for another couple of months. Maybe I'll just stay here and work till then, then tell my bosses to f off, and leave! Sounds good to me!
I've got a couple of good stories recced to my computer at the moment, so soon I am going to sit down and read them...they sound amazing and have all been recced by many people, so I'm hoping I'm going to enjoy them....I'm so in the mood for an amazingly fluffy fic.
I'm sitting in a place called Riki Tiks at the moment, which is just across from my work...its only 9pm and I've had several drinks and am feeling rather tipsy...otherwise I don't think I'd be writing this, because I can never think of anything good to say. I'm also not going to flock this, to give anyone who wants to the chance to comment...not that I think they will. Mere... my darling meredyth_13 and De, my darling anael are the only two who really usually reply...but there are a couple of others who are amazing and sometimes deem to write back to me...do you realise how special I feel when you do? And to you both, Mere and De, I love you very much, and I can't wait to meet you properly in RL! Miss you both heaps...and please could you check earlier in my journal and read my "Letters from the Fat Lady" because I'd really like to know what you think about it! My hpvalensmut fic got a good response, and when the authors are reavealed I'll post it on here...I'm very excited about that as well!
Well, I'd better go...I'll probably regret this in the morning. Its not too bad, I don't think, but hey, I know I'll laugh when I re read it! Love you all heaps, and seriously, please leave a comment...know that I'd usually leave a comment on your lj, but I always get so nevous about everything!
