So, our fearless troupe leader finally talked me into participating at a large event for middle eastern dance - Cairo Caravan, put on by the Middle Eastern Culture and Dance Association. It was actually pretty cool. Held on the Queen Mary, amid ship, the convention took up a total of three decks.
