Friday Doodle Club - Sebastian Chibi Comic

Mar 27, 2009 15:14

Hee! These doodles that I've been doing for the past three days begged to be put together in a 4-frame comic format. So, for today's Firday Doodle Club entry, it's a "His Butler, Chibi" comic. XD

OMG! The preview is puny!  You'd definitely have to click on this, and then again, to see the largest possible view.  An English version is posted over at the phantomhive community, here.

I watched the final episode again today. XD  Silly me.  I couldn't stop inserting quips in between the characters' lines today.  The fujoshi is alive and kicking in my head.  Although I have no desire to actually "draw" yaoi scene with SxC (I think 13 is just too shota for my taste...).

Ciel: *noticing the crow/raven near by* "Let him feast on my body after you're done.  I will have no need for it."
Sebastian: "As always, you're so thoughtful, young master."
Ciel: "Will it hurt...?" {talking about getting his soul harvested by Sebastian, not the other thing, people!}
Sebastian: "A little....  I'll be gentle." {Since it's your first time, obviously...}
Ciel: "No.  Make it hurt.  As painful as can be."
Sebastian : "...." {(Oh my! Young master, I didn't know you were into that sort of thing.... How so very delightful!) -- I'm sure that's what Sebastian was thinking. XD}
Ciel: "So my soul will remember how painful it was to be alive..."
{Sebastian gives Ciel the soul-sucking kiss...}
The credit for the final episode rolls on as the ending theme plays one last time...

O ho ho ho ho.  Can't wait to get my hands on DVDs of this series.  According to the editor of Toboso Yana, they clean up the animation before they put the episodes on the DVD collection.  How sweet is that?  She herself will specify the spots and they'll clean things up at A-1 pictures (Aniplex company).  Although I know of many manga fans complain and decry about the anime series, it's not like Toboso Yana had no say in any part of it at all.  Her manga editor actually said they wished they could have done the stuff found in episodes 17 through 20 in the manga as well.  I enjoyed the anime a lot.

Oh, one thing we didn't get answered was about Tanaka.  Why didn't the Queen's gang kill him when they killed Ciel's parents and their dog?  And where did he go after finishing the diary?  Why couldn't he stay in his "natural serious form" for more than a certain amount of time?  Oh, but, hey, it's OK.  I'm Japanese and certainly don't need to have everything explained to me like those Hollywood movies always do.  That's what imagination is for.
