Eons Signature Quilt Block Exchange
I have entered a quilting block exchange through Eons (one of the groups I'm in) which involves making 30 "Snowball" blocks. They consist of muslin for the center and 1930's style fabric for the corners. Inside the center we are to put our name, where we are from, and any embellishment if we want to. I got my 30 blocks completed TODAY! I am totally chuffed. YAY!!
So, we mail them to one person, she gives each of us (30 of us) a block from each person and mails them back. We can then do with them what we wish. I will be putting nine-patches in between the signature blocks. The deadline is in June. But as soon as everyone sends in their blocks, they will be sent back out to us.
This is what my blocks look like. I chose to do the corners all the same.
