Too much Too fast
Wow! I actually have a moment to write. What should I write? I don't know, because my brain is leaking out of my head like baby food!
The last week? Fortnight? No, it's been more like a month--no, two months. Year? Year. No, two months. Just feels like a year.
OK: the last two months have been one long speed trip of stuff to do. At Booz Allen, DARPATech is next week and the last two months have been a collection of late work nights with demanding program managers disappointed in the results, or actually thinking we graphics guys just drag our heels to get more money out of them. Gah. Some of my best fast animation work too. Ungrateful mealtickets.
Also, tiguh_tiguh, love of my life, fast-tracked a project creating a dance video for Centuries, which is a great idea, and is soooo close to being done. Except that I just spent four days chained to my computer at home adding documentary animations in After Effects only to find that I could not burn the rendered files to a DVD-R because, well who knows why? Still working on that one. We still need to do the DVD label and Jewel Box insert and duplication. All to have about 100 copies by Friday so we can start selling DVDs at Pinewoods Dance Camp.
I think when I renew my driver's license, I will have to change my eye color to red.
