Technical Question
Can someone help me out here?
tiguh_tiguh and I took great care in ordering blank DVD-R in bulk to have a compatible format with our computers' DVD burners. My DVD burner says DVD+/-. I tried copying a file, any file onto one of the blank DVD-Rs and I'm getting an error that looks suspiciously like an incompatibility issue.
I also tried duplicating a DVD at work using the blank DVD-R and the duplicator didn't seem to recognize the format either.
I admit I am stupid when it comes to technical issues like this. Did we miss something obvious?
