NaNoWriMo, here I freaking come.
It's October 30. Tomorrow, a few hours before midnight, I am going to cheat a little bit with my friends so that we can have a kick-off without a school night sleepover. I will begin typing like mad, I will dive back into the awesome world I built last year, and it is going to be awesome.
Earlier today, I went into an Apple store with my mom and bought my early 18th bithday/very early graduation present: a brand new, shiny, perfect MacBook Air. My old laptop is dead, and I wanted to have a portable computer of my own in time for November's festivities. Now I am sitting on my couch getting used to typing on this thing, and it is absolutely perfect.
I just discovered that iWorks - Mac's version of Office - has a word processor with a full screen option. Nothing but the text in a white box and a word counter at the bottom. This is going to be used often this month.
