Generally, I tend to gauge how bad I've dipped based on how strong my impulse is to delete things and/or just want to dip out of certain spaces. I struggle with this a lot, no one ever notices because I prevent myself from going through with it, but it's genuinely not easy. People have been posting their decade recaps, the pros and cons. I'm not going to post that to twitter, or publicly, because it's been both depressing and draining and I don't really think the general public needs to be all in on that.
