Spent most of the day staring and getting overly-focused on various computer things (I think part of the "Nyquil effect" -- maybe I shouldn't take my Adderall with it, I dunno), then I couldn't make myself even try to sleep til 3 or so, no luck so 4am tried Thera-Flu. Busy busy busyness....

Susan from Lansing (contradancing Susan) came up for part of Labor Day weekend, and Carolyn, Susan, and I canoed from Barton Dam to Gallup Park (3 hours or so)... perfect Labor Day thing to do, with perfect weather.
