i'm bleeding words my mouth can't handle as yours says goodbye
hm, yesterday was a better school day then the day before. then swim, and carly gave me a ride to prac. after the hs swim meeting at the school. and she even let me bring my bass, which i had much difficulty getting down the stairs. and then brought it to practice, since i had no where else to put it. that was interesting. swimming keeps me sane. i saw the olypic hall of fame on tv. today. i almost cried through every story. and then i was practicing my bass and kelly asks me-----
kelly: so what is your 50 free time these days?
casey: well keep in mind that i have been injured the past 20 months and i was timed in practice, after a swimming 4 miles and i wasn't tapered or anything, but 29.5 and my old time in a meet after taper was 27.91.
kelly: wow, you really slowed down

i could have cried. practice this morning was alright. and i have to handle work now, so i guess i will speak later.
