In which hot jam becomes sticky sweet napalm

     Finally baked hamentashen yesterday. Three days after purim. I made mostly blueberry ones and a few apricot ones, about 2 dozen. Meant to make more, but they are very labor intensive. I got a little burned on my finger due to some hot, errant apricot jam. I have 1/2 of the dough base left, which i am saving in the freezer for the fruit cheesecake tartlet experiment. I bought 20 tiny tartlette pans at BBB for this one, and they only cost 30c A peice.

I lost a temporary filling, and now i have a gaping hole in my mouth. I will try to see my dentist on monday. Hopefully she can squeeze me in to fill it up. Not telling Jase, don't want to worry him. In the mean time i am rinsing it out every hour so food does not get into it.

I have to go register for the ByteBack program myself today. Emily is out sick. All they need is my unemployment stub.
