Painting pottery
I registered yesterday for my MS office class at ByteBack. ByteBack is a computer literacy organization here in DC, They charge a sliding scale for their classes, but since i am unemployed and with GreenDoor, the classes, and any other classes I want to take are free, and i get a refurbished computer if i show up to every class, which i will. They are really strict on attendance. I plan to take HTML next and maybe throw in some computer programming.
I shipped out 2 trades for jason. Both wargaming related.
I went to Adams Morgan to go to a benefit for Girls Rock DC. it is a week long rock camp that teaches girls music for free. Color Me Mine is a paint your own pottery place. I painted a teacup and saucer to match the teapot I painted 2 years ago on my birthday. We also drank cokes and ate appetizers donated by Commonwealth, a gastropub. I ate a ton of these tiny chicken liver with pickled veggies on crostinis. Very yum. I took a bunch of pics that I need to throw up on FaceBook soon.
