It's Tinker Day, which I keep misspelling as Tinkery Day.  Which is actually more amusing.

Donuts were tasty, and, as usual, the senior class generated a lot of noise.

Off to work on actual stuff now.

Bwah ha, paint fume headache!  This is clearly a lesson in why somewhere around a dozen people should not spend, altogether, roughly 3 consequetive hours spray painting.  And I only spray painted for a few minutes twice ( Read more... )

So it's looking like it's effectively only part-time, but I'm a volunteer intern at Pocahontas Press, a small publisher of *checks notes* memoirs, poetry, and scientific works.  Unpaid, but it sounds like it'll be good work experience and I get to learn a new software.  Yippee!  I go in to figure out scheduling on Wednesday.  So yay in general ( Read more... )
